VERELLEN | WARRANTY PERIOD

Each item is carefully constructed using high-quality materials and inspected to ensure it meets our standards for durability,
function, and workmanship. We stand behind the integrity of our products and are committed to addressing any issues that
may arise due to defects in materials or craftsmanship.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

• This warranty is extended to the Original Purchaser at the Original Delivery Location for Residential Use only.

The Warranty period is established from the Date of Delivery to the original delivery location as determined by
appropriate Proof of Delivery, otherwise from the date of Shipment from the manufacturer plus 1 month.

• Proper care and usage are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. This warranty does not apply
if your Verellen furniture is damaged by negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, use of detergents, abrasives
or other harsh cleaning agents, or accidental damage including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears,
scuffs, watermarks, indentations or damage from pets.

• Use of products outdoors will void the warranty, except for products specifically designed for outdoor use.

• Any product modification by Purchaser or other parties not authorized by Verellen will void this Warranty.

• Any COM (Customers Own Material) used on Verellen items is not covered under this Warranty.

• This Warranty does not cover items marked as ‘AS-IS’ or any form of Display items at the time of purchase.

• Verellen’s decision on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects, either of workmanship or materials, shall
be final and conclusive. Any decision to repair or have part(s) replaced shall be at Verellen’s sole discretion.

• Any item repaired or replaced under this limited Warranty will be covered by the limited Warranty for the remainder
of the original warranty period only.

• This Warranty covers in respect of manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period, the cost of material
components, replacement parts, labor and transportation charges.

• Comfort is subjective to the individual and is not considered a manufacturing fault.

• In respect of manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of material components and
replacement parts, with all labor charges and transportation costs (if any) are to be covered by the Purchaser.

DISCLAIMER OF OTHER WARRANTIES: EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WRITTEN WARRANTY EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, FURNITURE IS SOLD “AS
IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” VERELLEN SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN
INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY VERELLEN, ITS AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE
SCOPE OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY: ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE DIRECTED TO THE AUTHORIZED DEALER FROM WHOM THE PRODUCT WAS ORIGINALLY
PURCHASED. VERELLEN DOES NOT PROVIDE DIRECT WARRANTY SERVICE TO END-USERS. THE DEALER WILL COORDINATE WITH US TO REPAIR
OR REPLACE DEFECTIVE ITEMS. IF A DEFECT IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP IS CONFIRMED BY VERELLEN, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE
REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR COMPONENT, AT THE
COMPANY’S OPTION. VERELLEN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS OF EQUAL QUALITY IF THE ORIGINAL IS NO
LONGER AVAILABLE. A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE OFFERED ONLY AT THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF VERELLEN
AND ONLY IN THE EVENT THAT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IS DETERMINED BY THE COMPANY TO BE IMPRACTICABLE OR IMPOSSIBLE.
