Admin Instructions
To add new folders to the Partner Portal that will require a new user role (i.e. a new Private Label customer folder), it is important to complete the following steps in order: Create User Role, Create User, Add Category/Folder to WP File Download section.

- Go to Users > Add New Role
- Enter name/title for role (ex. v1 or PL West Elm – this will not be displayed anywhere)
- Click “Add Role” button

- Go to Users > Add New
- Enter Required Information
- If the user is a customer, you must select “Partner” as one of their User Roles as well as any other roles that they require.
- Click “Add New User” button

- Go to WP File Download
- Click “New Category” button
- Scroll to bottom and update new category/folder name
- Drag the new category/folder into place (be sure it aligns with other folders under the “Price Lists” master folder)
- Update Parameters on right : Theme = Table
- Select Private from the Visibility drop down menu
- Check the boxes beside the User Roles that are allowed to access the new category/folder (ALWAYS check Administrator)
- Scorll down and click “Save” button
